We had a comfortable stay with helpful staff who assisted us with a wheelchair. The hotel's cleanliness was commendable. Its location was great and accessible. Despite the language barrier, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great location! Right in the heart of the city. The room was clean and appeared to be new which was a plus. Also, the staff was really kind and helpful.
Honestly, this hotel was a huge disappointment. My room was bare bones with no table to even eat on! The worst part was the price, it felt way too expensive for what was offered. Also, the room lacked basic amenities like a hairdryer, and I had to pay extra for a cup of coffee. not a great experience.

This hotel proved to have a friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist us in our needs, even if language was sometimes a barrier. the location seemed to be perfect, being close to restaurants and shops. the room was clean and comfortable, with fresh blankets and comfortable mattresses. We enjoyed being able to relax after having a long day outside. They provided an adequate breakfast that gave us energy for the rest of the day.
The hotel lacked basic amenities like a hair dryer or coffee and water in the room, which was inconvenient for us.

The bed and blankets were comfortable and the place was clean. The location was central, close to restaurants and shops, and it was easy to access public transportation. The staff was friendly and tried to help us even though we were struggling to communicate with each other.
There was no hair dryer available to rent, and it was cold outside. We were also disappointed that coffee, tea, and water were not included in the price.
